Safety Standards

1. OUR STAFF HEALTH

We check the temperatures of our entire staff every day. Anyone with a temperature above 99.1 F is advised to rest at home. Any staff member who feels ill or exhibits symptoms associated with COVID-19 is advised to stay at home and consult a doctor or is admitted only after testing negative post the mandated quarantine period.

2. OUR KITCHEN HYGIENE

We conduct a complete cleaning of every possible touchpoint - chairs, tables, doorknobs, countertops and sinks - every few hours. All personnel involved in food preparation are provided 3-ply face masks. Hand Wash stations are maintained at pickup points to allow our delivery staff to practice safe hand hygiene.

3. SOCIAL DISTANCED DELIVERY

Our delivery staff have been sensitized to maintain minimum 6 feet distance from our kitchen staff, customers.

4. INGREDIENTS HANDLING

The raw materials procured are kept in quarantine for a minimum of 4 hours before using them. We also procure fresh, clean ghee, do not use Ajinomoto in our dishes

5. FSSAI GUIDELINES
