OUR MISSION

To redefine good vegetarian food and serve across social strata by upholding the authenticity of traditional and conventional cooking, while at the same time synergizing with in-trend and innovative recipes to satiate taste buds of all from young to experienced. Maintaining the highest of standards on quality and hygiene, our aim is to deliver delicious and healthy food at pocket-friendly prices. We hope to become every household's go-to place to enjoy a wholesome and satisfying meal.

OUR TEAM

A group of qualified, experienced and like-minded engineers, the team collectively shares vision of the above mission. We strongly feel that serving good food is a divine art, and we joined hands with complete dedication and unified passion on this project, though every one has achieved excellence in their respective qualified vocation. We have designed and engineered all processes and hygiene to ensure consistency and credibility and hope to provide food that will be described as better than the best ever.

The team has an experience over a decade in creating authentic traditional, trendy and innovative exotic cusine and served over 500 elite personals and obtained their true feedback which revealed that they are delighted and felt absolutely better than the best ever and insisted to reach to society as this culinary art should be experienced and enjoyed by all.

The team: 

D H Gopalakrishnan - A mechanical engineer and a technocrat, involved in manufacturing and export of automobile parts around the globe and awarded a few times by the Govt for export excellence. Travelled across the globe and explored various cuisines.

What started out as a stress-buster, Mr Gopal initially began experimenting with Pastas, whose recipes he had obtained from his Italian Joint Venture's partners. On receiving positive feedback from the owners of the recipe, he started recreating his mother's recipes of traditional South Indian cuisine, which he adores. Having realised that he has a passion towards the divinely art of cooking, he expanded his skill-set into different cuisines and over 13+ years, he can proudly claim that he has mastered over 1000 recipes which includes desserts as well.

Each and every recipe that Silver Platter serves has been carefully designed after thorough research by Mr Gopal which he has tried and tested with over 500 people from across the society.

H G Smaran - Mechanical engineer and on completion of his Masters degree in Germany, he joined his father's (Mr Gopal's) business of manufacturing and exporting automotive parts and has travelled abroad widely.

The biggest critic of Mr Gopal, Smaran prides on his taste buds and is an eternal foodie. Also having explored various cuisines, he has a knack for tasting good food and ensures quality is maintained to the highest standard at Silver Platter.

Adarsh - After spending most of his childhood in Indore and then moving to "Namma ooru Chennai", Adarsh ended up finishing my Master degree in the USA and working for a startup in Dallas.

Just as any other bachelor and an ardent food lover, he started cooking only when he realised how much he missed our "Authentic Indian Food" in the US. What started as a hobby turned out to be a passion and led him to work as a commis chef for a weekend in an Indian restaurant in Dallas and he never turned his back on food since then.

What we offer:

Currently we are delivering for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Very shortly, we will also be serving snacks and other quick eats along with juices, milkshakes. Our goal is to be your one-stop store for all your cravings. 

We offer a variety of South Indian, North Indian (including Punjabi, Maharashtrian, Gujarati, Lucknowi, etc) Indo-Chinese and Continental cuisines with a special emphasis on quality and health. 

Apart from the many standard and popular dishes which will be available everyday, we are also carefully inserting special menu items daily to keep you intrigued and hope to surprise you everyday with our special dishes.

Our delivery strategy will ensure that we are swift and will reach your order to you within 45 minutes.

We are also open to bulk/party orders and can design menus specific to your liking and requirement.

We have never and also will never use any harmful substances like Ajinomoto in our food. This is a promise.
